Foundation for Success is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit using basketball as a vehicle to equip youth with STEAM programming, mentorship, and life skills they need to thrive. Our mission is to develop the next generation of peak performers on the court, in the classroom, and in the community.
Founded by 13-year NBA Veteran, Larry Hughes, FFS reflects a deep commitment to youth development through sport. FFS and its programs opens doors for underserved athletes to train, grow, and thrive in a safe nurturing environment.

February 13th–15th, 2026, Foundation For Success proudly partnered with 7Brew during their Caffeine for a Cause weekend at their newest location in Warson Woods, MO!
Throughout the weekend, proceeds supported our mission, and because of an incredible community response, Foundation For Success raised over $7,000 to impact young athletes through mentorship, character development, STEAM programs, and access to high-level basketball programming.
Community is at the heart of everything we do. We are grateful for partners like 7Brew and for everyone who showed up, spread the word, and supported our mission. Together, we’re building something bigger than basketball.
